About this site

A fan-made notebook for Roost

RoostWiki is an unofficial website for players of the Roost app. It lists everything there is to collect, and gives you somewhere to keep track of what you have. It is not the app, and it is not made by the people who make the app.

Why it exists

I was trying to collect all the stamps in Roost, but I kept losing track of which ones I already had and where my birds were flying to. So I built this, to have a clear overview outside the app.

After a while I was working together with a friend, sending my birds to his pen pals in a country I didn’t have a stamp of yet. It worked, but it was messy. That is why I built the comparison, so two collectors can always see how they can help each other.

Since then it has grown into a reference for the whole game: every bird, every stamp, the events, the nests other collectors share, and guides written by players.

What “unofficial” means here

  • RoostWiki has no connection to Roost Social or the team behind it, and they have not reviewed or endorsed it.
  • It never asks for your Roost login, and it can’t read from or write to your Roost account.
  • Nothing you mark here reaches the app, and nothing in the app shows up here by itself. Your collection on RoostWiki is a record you keep by hand.
  • The names and artwork of the birds, stamps and events belong to Roost. They are shown here to help players. The site is updated by hand, so it can lag behind the app now and then.

For anything about the app itself, your account or a purchase, go to Roost’s own FAQ.

Your data

Browsing needs no account. If you make one, it keeps your collection, your flights and your friends list, so they follow you from your phone to your laptop. There are no ads, and nothing is sold or shared. You can choose to keep your account private, so other collectors can’t find you or see your collection.

The site counts visits with privacy-friendly analytics that don’t use cookies, to see which pages are useful.

Keeping it running

RoostWiki is free and made in spare time. If it has saved you some guesswork, you can support it on Ko-fi. Quick questions are answered in the FAQ.
